I'm so excited to be sharing this Gratitude Workbook with you right now. I decided in August of 2020, during the Covid pandemic and the Black Lives Matters Protests, whilst feeling gloomy and experiencing compassion fatigue that I needed to do something to shift my mood, shift my energy so that I would be able to keep working towards social justice and liberation for all. Not caring and not standing up for what I believe in was not an option. Opting out of the news was not an option. I had to find a way to keep my head high and my spirits lifted, whether the world around me felt challenging or easy. And I found it, without much thought, the idea came to me to try daily gratitude journalling. And it worked.

Not only could I see at the end of each day all the wonderful people and things in my life, I also felt physical sensations of joy in my body that I know had a positive impact on my mood. I haven't looked back.

I love my gratitude journalling time and that's why I've made this workbook, to support you to start and maintain a gratitude journalling practice too.
