I'm Larna. Founder of Yoga For Balanced Living

I'm so excited to share this 7-Day challenge with you.  My students have been telling me they feel so relaxed after my yoga classes so often, even after classes with strong and challenging poses in them.  So I just knew I had to take full advantage of my natural calming energy and offer a deeper relaxation experience for you.  Here it is!  Full details about the video series below if you scroll down.  

I have practiced yoga for over ten years, and I have felt so many benefits from it that I love teaching yoga, sharing yoga so that others can benefit too, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.  My mission is to help as many people as possible to be present and connect with themselves and others through yoga, so that they can feel happy, be their best self, and make their greatest contribution to the world.

You can choose right now to commit to this 7-Day self-care practice. Not only that, I will give you the tools to incorporate relaxing and grounding exercises into your daily life beyond this 7-Day program, that are simple and take no extra time out of your day.

Get Grounded And Relaxed With Yoga

This complementary 7-Day Yoga challenge will lead you step-by-step through yoga breathing exercises that are proven to aid stress reduction and promote relaxation, as well as very gentle yoga movement exercises to release tension from your body.  You will also be given optional exercises to do during the day in a way that is simple, easy to implement, and doesn't require any extra time commitment.

This free yoga video series is for you if you say yes to any of the following:

-You want to release tension from your body

-You want to feel more calm and in control

-You want to make a commitment to self-care

If you said yes to one or more of the above, you can benefit from this yoga video series, whatever your level of yoga experience.  Newcomers and experienced yogis are welcome.

In order to complete the video course, you will need to be able to commit 20 minutes a day to complete the exercises. (Some days are shorter)

We will send one video per day straight to your inbox. The idea is to complete it over 7 days, however, if it takes you a bit longer that's ok, you'll still have access to the videos after the 7 days has passed as I really want you to get the full experience of this calming, grounding, nurturing program.
